How To Backup Email In Gmail?

1)  Login into Your Gmail Account.
2)  Click On Username (Right Side).
3)  One Box will be Open and Then Click On Account Name.
4)  After Loading, See To Many Link To Manage The Account.  Don't Click On Any Link.
5)  Slide Down And Stop On Account Tools.Click On "Download Data Option".
6)  After Loading New Web page Will Be Open And Watch To Many Content on Google.
7)  Unselect All Option.
8)  Find Mail and Select Them.
9)  Click On Next.
10) After That Google Ask A Question "Email in Zip Formate". Select "Yes"
11)  After a Sometime You Receive a Email And You Will Be Download Your Backup.
